The 2023 season is finally creeping in and we had the best week - one day of which we took the first ferry to Mackinac Island and headed straight to arch rock for J to propose to D that morning before they headed home from vacation. Things started out a little chillier and damp than we planned, but quickly turned to sunshine and magic as we reached the top of the stairs just in time. After Arch Rock, we rode our bikes to the Secret Garden, which we had to ourselves, bursting with grape hyacinths and tulips, truly at it's peak beauty for the year. Followed by the ride back to the docks so they could gather their things and head home engaged.
