Locally based photographer in Mackinaw City serving couples throughout Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula, documenting proposals, weddings, and elopements in a way that feels honest, true-to-life and natural in the moment.
My work centers around humans and love stories with an emphasis on experience and connection. Most of the people I work with are planning from out of town and want someone prepared and supportive with local knowledge and guidance, which I provide throughout the planning process.
My approach is primarily documentary with gentle-guidance when it’s helpful, and stepping back when it matters to let the moments unfold naturally.
From intimate moments on Mackinac Island and the quiet shores of Lake Michigan near Petoskey and Traverse City all the way up to to the untamed landscapes in the Keewenaw or near Marquette - my goal is simple: to give you beautiful and timeless photos that feel connected to the moment, the place and the story you lived.
