Normal. & New Normal.
I don't post a lot of personal stuff on here, but this time I can't help myself. It's no secret, the world has taken a very strange turn and what was normal is no longer and what is normal is weird and uncomfortable. Day to day, it's no longer as noticeable, but today with Izzy out with me, she brought her mask and that's where it hits me most. When I see them, wearing masks, covering their faces... it's also when they start asking more questions.
Originally, I we were just going to go take some photos of her in her outfit by some blooming trees, but here's where we ended up, getting ice cream because she missed her last day of elementary and is now in middle school. While it's not graduation, I realize more now than before, it was a big deal to her. We took the memory and ran with it.
